Our Seattle office is currently looking for a candidate that is interested in learning Customs Brokerage operations. This is an entry level position with a title of Import Specialist. Import Specialist will be responsible for providing superior customer service to our clients and to process import shipments in a timely manner. Please see below for basic job description. Training is available for those who are interested in the position.

·         Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Job Description:

·         Provide customer service

·         Review of import documentation

·         ISF Filing (10+2)

·         Timely Entry Filing

Requirements:

·         Must have a valid status to work in U.S. It is mandatory for our company to report new hires to U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

·         Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English. English and Korean are a must for this specific position for the accounts the candidate will handle. Chinese language is a plus.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

·         Strong attention to detail and well organized.

Physical Requirements:

·         Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

·         Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
